When clamping the insert, rotate it to the arrow direction (clockwise).                       When clamping the insert, rotate it to the arrow direction (counterclockwise).
When remove the insert, rotate it to the opposite side of arrow (counterclockwise).           When remove the insert, rotate it to the opposite side of arrow (clockwise).
